BABA Restaurant opened on the 15th of November 2017, I was lucky to have been invited along to a preview event before the opening to taste the delicious, freshly prepared, healthy mezze dishes and more.
Part of the Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel, Charlotte Square, George Street, and within only a minute's walk from Princes Street, BABA brings a traditional Levantine cuisine, with a Scottish twist.

BABA is open from midday until 10pm serving delicious dishes and until the wee hours creating cocktails.
