What's On

I love the popular garden workshops in previous years hosted by television garden celebrities and experts such as Jim McColl, Carole Baxter and George Anderson from Beechgrove Garden. The perfect place to get those tricky garden conundrums answered.

What To Expect

Looking for inspiration don't miss the show gardens, spectacular floral hall and plant village. Did you know there is also a plant nursery on site to look after your purchased plants?

Keep the family entertained at the Big Back Garden featuring birds of prey, bees and play equipment.

In between workshops gaining valuable garden expertise, enjoy a host of delicious foodie delights both in the exhibition area and at the exciting cookery theatre.

Not located in Edinburgh don't worry there will be coaches picking up from 20 different locations in Scotland including Falkirk, Glasgow, St Andrews and Aberdeen.

All coaches will have air conditioning, reclining seats and free Wi-Fi and there will be plenty of space on board to store plants and other purchases. Go green to this year's Gardening Scotland.

Accommodation

Maybe you have decided to enjoy the weekend in Edinburgh. There is a wide range of accommodation available for all budgets both near and far. Did you know there is now a new Marriott Moxy Hotel located at Edinburgh Airport? It's just a stone through away from the Royal Highland Centre - Gardening Scotland. Moxy Hotels, Marriott International’s experiential hotel brand opened its newest hotel, at Scotland’s busiest airport in January. The 230-bedroom Moxy Edinburgh Airport is an edgy boutique hotel. With bedroom interiors book-themed to reflect on locality, a nod to Edinburgh’s status as UNESCO’s City of Literature.
