Edinburgh Festival - Fringe 2022

This year celebrates 75 years of Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Can you believe it has been running since 1947? Two years after the end of World War II, eight theatre groups arrived in Edinburgh, organised venues, and ran alongside the Edinburgh International Festival. Today there are over 3000 shows taking place during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

TheSpaceUK established in 1995 hosts the largest and most diverse programme at the fringe. TheSpaceUK gives both established and emerging new talent from theatre, musicals, comedy, and cabaret an affordable, supportive and professional platform to showcase their work.

The Half Price Hut is a great place to discover something new at the Fringe, by trying a show that starts that day (or the next morning) for half the usual price.

This year's Half Price Hut offers are located in the Fringe Box Office (180 High Street, Edinburgh EH1 1QS) from 10:00 till 18:00, Monday to Sunday – and, to make things a little easier, daily Half Price Hut listings are available online, so you can see what's on before heading into town. Be quick though, as ticket allocations are limited – once they're gone, they're gone!

All Half Price Hut purchases have to be made in person – and remember to say the words "Half Price Hut" to make sure you get the discount!

Haven't heard of The Flick? The venue is open till 5am with drag cabaret comedy and music.
